Tony RW Crowned Rwanda U20 Elite Premier League Champions

Tony RW U20 are champions. The young side were crowned Rwanda U20 Elite Premier League champions after an emphatic 5–1 victory over Amagaju U20 in the final at Kigali Pelé Stadium on Sunday, 12 July.

Having overcome Gasogi United U20 in the semi-finals, Tony RW arrived at the biggest stage ready to perform — and they delivered in style.

The match was effectively over by half-time, with Tony RW taking complete control to lead 4–0 at the break. Tuyizere Fabrice stole the headlines with a superb hat-trick, while 2010-born Kwizera Charles added a fourth. Nyatanyi Yvan rounded off the scoring in the second half to seal a dominant 5–1 victory and lift the Rwanda U20 Elite Premier League trophy.

Individual honours capped off a historic campaign. Goalkeeper Mutangwa Cedric was named the Rwanda U20 Elite Premier League Goalkeeper of the Season, while Tuyizere Fabrice was awarded the Player of the Season after an outstanding year.
